Which is the best fat binder?

what-is-bestIn today’s market there are a wide variety of fat binders available, but often we can be swamped with the choice that is available.

Well here at home-weightloss we want to help! We have taken the three best fat binders available to the open market today, to find out which one is worthy of your time.

Alli

Alli has been hitting the headlines in both Europe and America, and with good reason.

Alli has been clinically proven to remove up to a third of your fat from your food.
Thanks to Alli there is now an over the counter drug which is available that can help you lose weight by reducing the amount of fat your body absorbs.

Alli is made by GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world; you can assured that Alli is a high quality product.

However, although Alli is, arguably, the most well known fat binder on the market, it was by no means the first.

Proactol

Proactol has been around for a while now and has successfully stood the test of time as one of the most reputable dietary products today. There is no doubt that Proactol IS just as effective as any other product out there today.

proactolMade from natural cactus extract, one of the best aspects of Proactol is that it gives you a larger amount of control over your diet than other fat binders in the market today.

Simply put, Proactol comes with more pills per box, with each pill being less potent than say Alli. This means that if you are only eating a low fat meal, such as a salad, you only need to take one pills, whilst after eating a heavier meal you can take 3 or 4 pils.

This means that you are not wasting money by taking too many pills during lighter meals, unlike Alli, where you must take a full strength pill regardless of the meal size.

Zotrim

Zotrim has received a great deal of praise by being one of the few diet pill products that was given the thumbs up by the typically ‘hard to please’ UK tv programme “Professor Regan’s Diet Clinic” on BBC2.

zotrim_150Suffice to say Zotrim experienced a great public relation boom with this and are expected to grow very quickly in the next year or so.

By all accounts Zotrim is an excellent weight loss management product. Its high fibre content means that it does a remarkable job of binding fat, however it could be argued that it is not a true fat binding product.

Zotrim is an excellent weightloss product, and one that come highly recommended. It boasts on its website about its appetite suppressing abilities and its unique formula to help encourage more physical activity and should therefore should be seen for what it is; an excellent all-round weightloss product.

Should I use a fat binder?

Yes, but only IF you are ready to make a true commitment to losing weight through exercise and a proper diet.

Although a fat binder will do a wonderful job of stopping your body from absorbing up to one third of your dietary fat, you have to remember about the other two-thirds! In other words, a healthy diet is a MUST, because if you continue to eat a high fat diet whilst taking a fat binder, you are likely to be disappointed.

HOWEVER, if you are exercising regularly and eating sensibly then a fat binder is going to do a wonderful job of shedding those last few pounds and getting you to that ideal weight you’ve always dreamed of being.

Which should I buy? Alli, Proactol or Zotrim

All three products are truly award winning products, and frankly you can’t go wrong with either one of them.

Alli is a well known and heavily branded mainstream product. Although a little more expensive in the long run, Alli is readily available over many counters in the UK, and is easily accessible. Alli is currently having a media field day in the UK and it momentum shows no sign of slowing down.

Meanwhile Proactol is a true online heavyweight. Its has been around now for years and its quality and sterling reputation truly speak for itself. Proactol’s key advantage is that it gives you more pills compared to many competing brands, allowing you can control your

Proactol intake depending on whether you are eating a heavy meal or a light meal, thus making it VERY cost effective in the long run.

Finally there is Zotrim. A highly thought of diet pill that looks like its ready to take the dieting world by storm! Being highly regarded by one of the leading health experts in the UK has done wonders for its reputation.

Zotrim is not as good a fat binder as say Proactol or Alli, but makes up for it by its appetite suppressing capabilities as well as its unique formula designed to help make you more active in your day to day life.

Our Conclusion

So which you do you go for? Personally if you are going for a pure fat binder (having already nailed your appetite and exercise routine) then Proactol is probably perfect for you, especially considering the amount of control it gives you. However on the other hand, if you are new to the dieting world, Zotrim’s triple-action fat-binder / appetite suppressant / physical stimulant formula is a very valid option, particularly for beginners.
