Hello Everyone,

My name is Tina and I have been looking to purchase Alli diet pills, they seem to be recommended highly by boots.

Has anybody here used them before? Do they work?

Thanks

Tina

My boyfriend has used been using Alli them and its working (i think) though hes been having a lot of tummy trouble!

We’ve been having a competition and I’ve been using the Proactol pill instead. I’ve defenitely lost some weight (though not been measuring properly… silly me) and unlike my fella I’ve not had to make a mad dash to the toilet every half an hour :D

Love you all! A xxxx

Dare I ask what tummy trouble he has had? Anything severe or just general discomfort?

Hi everyone

I’m new on here and have never used a forum before… so here goes…

My sister has just started using Alli and has lost 5 lbs in the first week and hasn’t had any side effects yet (this week is her second week). I have just started using Proactol which are 100% organic and claim to not have any side effects. I haven’t had enough time to notice anything yet as I started them last Wednesday and then went camping at the weekend and forgot to take them with me!!! I have read lots of good reviews about them and haven’t found any bad reviews yet. I will let you know my progress. Has anybody else used Proactol? I would be interested in any independent reviews.

I just ordered Proactol and Unique Hoodia…I hope I see results with them. I have tried many other diet pills…but nothing seems to work for me!!

Hi Everyone

Please have a look at the post I’ve just added … ‘CAPSIPLEX, does it work?’ It may cover some ground on Alli and Proactol etc. From my own experience, the simple answer as to whether any of these fad pills and potions are effective is no, unfortunately they don’t work. Perhaps do yourself a favour, save your money and concentrate your energies on a well balanced diet and exercise regime … it is the only way. I’ve lost pounds and pounds by doing it the only way that works. Alli is relatively knew on the ‘over the counter’ market .. I had them prescribed by the doctor a few years ago, they gave me tummy problems too and are only any good if you intend to never have anything with fat in ever again … ie, as a weekly treat having a very small portion of chips or a small slice of pizza … the fat content is not compatible with these tablets and so really disrupts the digestive system, usually resulting in embarassing toilet issues!!!!! And once you stop taking the tablets (which are usually around £30 a month over the counter), the weight will go straight back on and more besides.
Hope my input may help.

Hi Lizagill
Dont order the Hoodia … save your money please!!!!! There are so many sites claiming they provide pure Hoodia etc. etc. … the fact is that they DO NOT. Before I purchased Hoodia (a while back now), I did endless research, but no matter what these websites claim, All these Hoodia products, the drinks and milk shakes and pills have so little Hoodia in them, if any at all, they are all just a scam. Unless you are literally sat consuming ‘Hoodia’ at source, i.e. eating the cactus, you’ve little chance of it helping your weight loss.
Please have a read of my contribution …. CAPSIPLEX, does it work? I’m a long-term, hardened dieter, I’ve tried everything and anything and my advice to you or anyone else would be to keep your money and treat yourself to a new pair of jeans when you’ve lost a little weight through a ’sensible’ diet plan.
Good luck and I hope this helps ….
Jenny
